Shana McCullough-Downing is the Managing Partner of Downing Management Group, a multi-line rep firm based in Orlando FL. She is married to her work partner Gene Downing for over 15 years and has a “clutzy goofball” Treeing Walker Coonhound dog named Jazz. Her favorite pastimes include reading in her hammock, napping, traveling the world, bar-hopping, drinking wine and anything to do with Jimmy Buffet.
