Entering Quotes

You can manually enter a quote into Orgo that is not generated through Auto Quotes by going to Quotes and then clicking on new.

 

 

The new quotes screen allows you to enter all information needed for the quote including the manufacturer, sales reps, stage of the quote, category, probability and project it may belong too.

These quotes are used primarily for custom items that have been created outside of AutoQuotes.

 

You can add the new quote to a project by selecting the project from you current list or even add a new project by clicking the blue arrow.
